Do your soaps help sensitive skin?
We cannot make any medical claims. However, all our products are formulated to support relief for sensitive skin, especially dry skin. Many customers with eczema-prone skin have found our gentle, plant-based formulas helpful for their daily skincare routine.
Are your products good for eczema?
While we cannot make medical claims, our products are specifically formulated with eczema-prone skin in mind. We use gentle, natural ingredients and avoid harsh chemicals, fragrances, and common irritants. We recommend patch-testing any new product and consulting with your dermatologist if you have specific skin concerns.
What ingredients do you use?
All our products are made with premium natural ingredients. Each product page lists the complete ingredient list. We use plant-based oils, butters, and botanicals, and we never use parabens, phthalates, sulfates, or synthetic fragrances. Our formulas are vegan, cruelty-free, and handmade in small batches to ensure quality.
Are your products vegan?
Yes. Our products are all plant-based and 100% vegan.
Do you test on animals?
No. We never test on animals. We are proud to be cruelty-free.
What if I have an allergic reaction?
It's important to consider any known allergies or sensitivities to skin care products when using our products. How long do your bar soaps last?
With proper care, our handmade bar soaps typically last 3-4 weeks with daily use. To extend the life of your soap, keep it dry between uses and store it on a well-draining soap dish away from direct water spray.
Do your products have an expiration date?
Our products are best used within 12 months of purchase for optimal freshness and performance. We handmake everything in small batches to ensure you receive the freshest products possible.
Caring for your soaps
As soap continues to harden, it may weigh less because moisture is being evaporated. Because our soaps are handmade and hand-cut, bars may vary slightly in size. Color and style may also vary slightly from one batch to another. We, however, retain the same high quality that we are known for.
Tips to care for your handmade soaps:
• Do not leave soap sitting in moisture
• Keep soap dry between uses on a draining soap dish
• Keep soap away from direct sunlight
• Store unused bars in a cool, dry place
Do your candles smell the same for the entire burn?
Yes, they do. They are good to the last flame.
Shipping & Orders
How soon do you ship?
Your goodies will usually be ready for shipment within 3-4 business days if in stock. You'll receive a tracking number via email once your order ships.
Do you offer free shipping?
Yes! We offer free shipping on all orders over $50 within the United States.
What if a product is out of stock?
You can sign up for back-in-stock notifications on any out-of-stock product page. Just click the "Notify Me" button and we'll email you as soon as it's available again.
