ORDER ISSUES 
As hard as we try, occasionally the wrong product, scent, or size may wind up in your package. All orders are packaged by real people and sometimes we have a “whoops" moment. Don't worry! Please reach out to us at handmadeluxuriesllc@outlook.com with your order number within 7 days of receipt and we'll make sure the right products are on their way to your doorstep ASAP. 

 

DAMAGED ITEMS
If a product arrives broken or damaged, please send us a photo along with your order number to handmadluxuriesllc@outlook.com and we will be happy to send a replacement. A photo is required so we can file an insurance claim.

 

RETURNS/REFUNDS/EXCHANGES
Due to the nature of our products, we do not offer returns or exchanges. We, however, want to ensure that our customers are pleased. If you experience issues with any of our products, please contact us with your order number and we will work as quickly as possible to resolve your issue. Please read our product descriptions carefully before finalizing your purchase to ensure that you are buying the correct items.
